In the event that repairs to the registered vehicle are necessary, the registered owner should do the following:

1.	Telephone A-PROTECT claim centre during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) at 416-661-7444 or a Toll Free number 1-866-660-6444
2.	In case breakdown occurred after business hours please take the vehicle to the closest garage location to get it diagnosed. Then, call A-PROTECT the following business day.
3.	If the breakdown covered under the warranty, A-PROTECT will issue a claim number and authorization for the repair.
4.	All repairs must be made by an A-Protect Authorized Repair Establishment.
5.	Once the repair is completed, A-PROTECT will pay the Authorized Repair Facility for covered costs, all other incurred costs are customer’s responsibility (deductibles, any diagnostic charges or additional services to the vehicle).
