1. This application must be submitted to A-Protect by the selling dealer along with required fee and intended to be an offer only, requiring acceptance by A-Protect.
2. To activate the warranty the customer should contact A-Protect between (9am-5pm EST) within 20 days . Where applicable, the one time activation fee has to be paid by the customer and is subject to change without notice.
3. As a confirmation of the activated warranty the customer should receive the validation sticker for the plastic I.D. card, which also entitles the customer for our exclusive “Discount Program”.  
4. Talk to one of our acknowledgeable warranty representatives about all your questions or to change any options you like.
